Item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. You can return your item(s) for exchange or a refund through the original payment method.
1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Once the returned merchandise has been received, item(s) will be evaluated to ensure it is in the original condition before an exchange or refund is approved
3. Intimates, socks, facemask and swimwear cannot be returned.
4. Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
5. Sale, Clearance or Bargain Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
***All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective or damaged.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to welovegogousa@gmail and provide us with:
- Name on order
- Order number
- Name of item being returned (as listed on your confirmation email)
- Reason for the return or exchange
- If an exchange, please provide name and size of the replacement item
- Method of original payment
